I guess "choosing" is not the right word...rather "ranking"

Congrats! That makes her sorority sister with my girls ... however, they are already graduated from Alabama. When the first one chose Tridelt over Kappa, my exact thought to myself was, "If not Kappa, then Tridelt!"

Lcmrush 08-15-2015 05:45 PM

My daughter is a Sophmore Tri Delt at Bama and loves it! they are so excited about their new pledge class!

Congrats to your daughter!!! Tri Delt is an amazing organization!

Thanks all! She is so happy...but I've scarcely heard from her. They must be keeping her busy. Hope to have some time to talk today. Hope all your friends and little chicks did well.

FSU is brutal. Of course, it cannot be considered real since it's not in the SEC...ha ha.

U AL Mom when my daughter went through recruitment I heard from her several times a day during rush, then, after Bid Day, hardly anything for a week! I knew she was really busy with classes and sorority stuff and I also suspected that she needed a little distance after the intensity and constant connection of Rush--wanting to prove to herself she could make it on her own for awhile. She started reaching out a bit more regularly after that. This year she is going through recruitment as an active member for the first time at Mizzou and it's really fun hearing from her throughout the day about her experience from that perspective.

Congratulations to your daughter--love reading happy endings like hers!

Well, I have been off this site for several days...Roll Tide and welcome to Bama's Greek family!
Are you in the sorority moms Facebook group? There are also several sorority parent groups, too.
