I went to ISU in the early 90's and I loved the Gamma Phi's!!! My two pref parties were Gamma Phi & XO if that tells you how much I thought of them :)

We always were tight with the Gamma Phi's - they were really beautiful girls and very very down to earth- the kind of girls you would want for your best friend!

I think this list has changed everyyear. I would have to say the one's at BALL STATE UNIVERSITY in Indiana who are involved the most are:

(This does not mean they are the ones I hang out with but the ones who are involved in everything.)

Okay, enough! It seems that this kind of thread is posted every week! There is no top fraternities or sororities at any school. All GLOs are equally important at every school. Every GLO has something special to offer at each school and each contributes to the Greek community as a whole. Enough with your shallow sentiments about who is in, and who isn’t! Please! I’m sure many who contribute to this site would agree!

I agree with you on the fact that posts like this are pointless and repepitive, but I wholeheartedly disagree about each GLO is equally important on a campus. Is the house that hazes horrifically important? Is the "Animal House" necessary? Are the houses that aren't upholding their founders' ideals worth it to the houses that are?

Despite what you say, there ARE top houses at EVERY school. There are houses that chapters of the opposite gender hold in high regard. There are houses that benefit campus by supplying campus organizations with highly qualified leaders. There are houses that are academically supporting their members, where the members are outacheiveing (sp?) their peers.

If all chapters were exactly equal on a campus, why woudl there be a need to have competitions like Homecoming, Greek Week, Intramural Champions, and recognition for top house GPA's?

We had the UBCFijis down here for a weekend.....

I agree, IMHO these three chapters are among the top fraternities on our campus - they each are very strong in their own right. Up there with them is also Sigma Chi, who are widely respected for their brotherhood :)

With only 4 frats on campus, it's probably not a good idea for me to pick the top 3. But, I will tell you that Sig Ep was just chosen as Organization of the Year. They were selected not just from the frats or GLOs, but from ALL student organizations.

These are the top houses at the University of Oklahoma. These are at least the ones with the most members, and I can say that most of these guys are good guys who know how to party and treat a woman well - for the most part!:D

Fish, do you ever come up to the UW Fiji chapter? 2 of my best buds are in that house, along with 4 other guys from my high school :) Fijis are great!

At FSU, we have over 20 Fraternities, but the top few are easy to spot. Pike, Delt, and Sig Ep are probably "the" fraternities- But Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi are nice frats, too... (And KA and Sigma Nu aren't 1/2 bad)

I havent been up to that chapter yet, Im only a freshman, but Im sure Ill get up there some time. Do you know the e-mails of the guys that you know at UWFiji?

My name is Mike and I am in the FIJI house with Fish at Oregon State, I think it would be awesome if we all had a list of local houses and their email addresses so maybe we can all get together sometime. Ok.. well.. I have to admit at our school there is a definate tie. But.. I'm gonna go for my boys frat. first! :) (what can I say? I'm bias)
