I am hoping the Illinois team that ran through the Maui Classic shows up. I am cheering for all of the Big Ten teams this year to make it to the Sweet 16. Minnesota just let me down, hope Illinois doesn't.

Is this what it feels like to be a Cubs fan?

The life of a Cubs fan is one filled with tragedy and woe. But this year, they're going all the way! And that's what I'm going to focus on because my bracket is a nightmare. The good news is the more FGCU-style events keep happening in the tournament, the less horrendous my bracket looks relative to everyone else. But I still have half of my final 4! Go Syracuse!

I still have all of my Final Four but only five of my Elite Eight.

The team I feel badly for is LaSalle. They won their play-in game and made it to the Sweet Sixteen. No small feat and in any other year without FGCU they would be the media darling. :)

You are correct....but she is in grad. school (still at FGCU) now and might be too busy to come on GC.

My husband signed up for the ticket lottery and we actually got tickets. Both games were awesome last night. My birth certificate says Louisville,Ky and my dad is a graduate of U of L Law School. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!!
