Where the fraternity house was?

The fraternity house (Sig Ep) that was a sorority house(AOII) before that (lol)! Yes. They cleared the lot and are building from the ground up.

Cool - it needed tearing down. Every time I visited that chapter, I cringed at the house next door!

Fraternities usually are not as gentle on houses as sororities, that's for sure! It was lovely as the AOII house. Sigma Chi is currently in what was the Sigma Kappa house, which also was a lovely house. It is in sorry shape now-I would imagine that it would take extensive remodeling to get it back up to snuff.

^^^^Yes! I don't know about now, but back 4-5 years ago the Sigma Chi house looked abandoned!

It looks just as bad as you described.

APhi's house is going to be just lovely! It's nice that DG will finally have a neighbor; I've always thought they were kinda lonely being the only house on that corner.

I just read that FSU has 1635 girls registered for recruitment! 10 more days :)

I was a collegiate when the AOPi's were next door. Sweet girls and the house was actually very nice at one point.
It sat empty for a while and the SigEps bought it in the early 80's, maybe? Became completely trashed.

Nice to hear that Alpha Phi will be our neighbor.
