Im LOL'ing at the lawyers poor use of medical lingo. Sigh...and we wonder why malpractice cases make no sense.

As far as the response goes, is Alabama a state which recognizes simple pleading? A lot of judges never even read the pleadings until something gets called to their attention (e.g., a Defendant didn't plead a certain defense). Aside from that, (and this may not be the case in AL) all you have to do is admit or deny what's in the Petition.

This is more of a detailed press release than an Answer.

It's like she's saying heck yeah I beat her up but she was being a biyatch to me so she deserved it.

This is just so dumb to be dragging it back into the media again because now it's getting national attention. She's already had punishments for it and the only thing I can think of that is making them not settle is not wanting to look like the Sabans are people you can sue for just anything.

Now whenever someone googles Kristen's name they are going to see pages and pages that tell people she beats people up. That will last forever.

What was that my Grandmere told me? Oh yeah, "A lady appears in newspapers exactly thrice in her life: her birth announcement, her marriage, and her passing." Seems like Saban Fille has missed that boat.

Well, down here in southeast Texas, my Grand-maw had told us a woman appears in the paper three times in her life - when she's bred, wed, and dead. :p

(Same thang but without 'dem fancy French-y words.:D)

note: Southern-style slang added for cuteness. ;)

I don't blame those grandmothers for being a sign of their times. ;) A woman (lady or not) appears in the newspapers however many times she chooses and hopefully for more positivity than negativity.
