This whole 2012 thing is so very interesting. As I started researching to at least "try" to see what all the fuss was about, I ran into so much! From the Earth being destroyed to aliens coming to take over. LOL. It is interesting to see all of the different views everyone has on this topic. I did watch the documentary on the History Channel as well. I cannot wait to see the movie today.

you did, and I should have listened to you.:o It was SO bad that if I would've been there by myself, I would have walked out during the really bad limo "obstacle course" part. Even "Ivan Drago" the cute Russian pilot, died.:(

I saw it on opening night with a bunch of friends. I liked it! The cinematography was great, but some of the events in it were unrealistic and kinda dumb.

Just watch out the movie last week,interesting to watch out the movie and most i like the cinematography of the movie,regarding the story is ok.

I don't really see what was so bad about the movie. I enjoyed it.

If you were going to the movie to look for "facts" to see some resemblance of actuality, then yeah be disappointed.

Movies take cinematic license to do whatever the heck they want. This movie might not have had the best plot (but neither do many of the "end of the world" movies) but it was good nonetheless.
