I am PISSED AS HELL right now!
At the beginning of December there was a transaction on my debit card that was linked to (as my statement describes) Camp Greek Concepts. I have NOT ordered anything with them since last April and was billed for it a LONG time ago. Does anyone know if this is possibly the same thing as Greekconcepts.com? On the statement it said NY - New York?!?!
I'm going to try to dispute it ($26.90) because I just went Alumn and why the hell would I buy more of my letters when I have PLENTY already!?

This is a great company. 100% satisfaction is all I have experienced with them and I have had NUMEROUS purchases and dealings with this company. Just take a look at their website or give them a call and you will see the difference.

You have all tried the rest, now try the best! This statement fits The Greekshop aka University Apparel!

I'm not sure whether they would do rush/specialty t-shirts, but...
I've always had great luck with www.spirit.cc. If you need just need letters, they have some pretty nice shirts/designs, and I've always gotten my orders very quickly. Out of the places I've bought letters from, this place had the quickest service and the best customer service people.

I just checked this website out and it just LOOKS CHEAP, not to mention totally circa 1984 on their website.

Oh, and anyone who advertises a company called "RAGE TO BITCHES" on their website, most likely has some major issues.

This topic really got my blood boiling because I've been jacked in situations like this before and it's horrible feeling so helpless!

I believe that my sorority ordered formal glasses from them a few years ago. When we received them about 1/4 of the were broken and we were short 5 or 6 glasses. Our formal was in December...after fighting with them for a couple of weeks I think the replacement glasses showed up around February.

If anyone would like an individual t-shirt or sweatshirt made please let me know. I guarantee it won't take a month. I usually make them the day I receive the order and ship it out the next day. It usually takes a couple of business days to receive them.

Just wanted all you Rush T-shirt guys and Bid T-shirt gals to be aware of this company. They suck my @$$.

You know I think there is a link to this company's website through our national website, under the "shopping" link. If there are so many problems with greekconcepts maybe I should e-mail nationals to remove the link.

Yeah, I would suggest that. There were, I think, six different reports to the Better Business Bureau of New York filed against this company.

I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They did the same thing to my organization!!!! Actually it was worst than that. We never received a product and they charged us twice also!!! They took over $1800 from us!! We are still trying to fight for our money. We went to www.BBB.org so hopefully they can get our money back.

I sent my complaints to this addy, attn: Jim. If you constantly threaten them and complain to the BBB of NY, you should get your stuff....it just sucks that you have to go that far.

to kinda lighten the mood... my sorority has had some pretty good luck with www.customink.com. You can custom design your shirts with your own fonts and graphics or just pick one from the gallary and edit it. AND THEY ARE TOTALLY INEXPENSIVE. the only problem we did have was with our rush shirts last fall... they were stuck in New York because our rush week fell during September 11th. But we have ordered philanthropy shirts, halter tops, and Greek Week shirts from them.

however now that i have mentioned it, someone probably has a story. oy... oh well. i guess we can say that the greek shirt industry definitly isn't flawless.

To comment on local screen printers: ours is SUPER expensive. and he is kinda mean sometimes. you can design stuff on your computer and bring it to him but it takes DAAAAYYYYSSS to get your merch. I guess i have a bias because he doesn't tailor to locals very well... he never reorders our stuff... or the very lil that we have in that store.

Thank God Tulips of San Diego is good, I ordered three sweaters and two t-shirts and they all have come in a period between a week or two.

Our friend Optimist here doesnt like the Theta when it's just a straight line in the middle. He prefers the Theta like the one on his signature, with the sides kinda going outward.

Interesting. I haven't ordered any apparel from Tulips. They're a little short on the AKA 'nalia. Greek Escape near USC, up in L.A., has a wider selection of para.

It's funny too, because Tulips is basically the SDSU Greek store, but they have stuff for Delta Tau Delta, FIJI, Phi Delt, AOPi, Tri Delt and even Lambda Phi Epsilon

UCSD and USD may have some of those but I KNOW no school in SD has AOPi.

I know some people have had problems with Greek 101, but I ordered one of their ringer t-shirts with letters on it, and it came perfectly, in the time they said it would. I was actually really happy with their service.

Greek concepts finally returned our money. They cheated us $22.15 but at least they gave us $1800.00 back... It has been almost exactly ONE YEAR since they stole the money from us.
Remember DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GREEK CONCEPTS!!!:mad:

Damn... well at least they refunded the money. Could be worse. Stuff like that makes you wary of buying things from anything but brick and mortar companies.

Hi All!

Our organization is fairly small so we go with www.greeknation.com. They cater mostly to LGLO's, MCGLO's, and HBGLO's, but they also do customized work. They are very efficient and if they don't understand something on your order, get this, THEY CALL YOU! Also, we've gone through Custom Ink and Joe Toga and haven't had any problems thus far.
