lol. I've gotten the yacht before. But I sold it cause it doesn't give you any charm or popularity & the upkeep is a lot. I rather have the 2 million...lol.

I've done alright on that BP event.

I've gotten 2 yachts, and a few limited edition clothes. As well as stuff from the higher levels (like mocha suede boots)

The best thing I got was the suit/pencil skirt 3 times, but no yacht or credit card or any other cool item. I guess I should be thankful I didn't get the dreaded...party pack!

I want more brownie points but I sure as hell am NOT paying for them and I'm not subjecting myself to all those lame "free" offers.

Get a dummy e-mail account, one that will just get SPAM emails.

The Victoria's Secret and Wal-mart Gift Card offers are ones that pay you BP right away. All you have to do is click yes or no and provide them with a fake name, address, and phone number. I think I got 34 free BPs because of that.

I am on SL over on MySpace - level 53 I believe but in need of 'sisters'.

One thing you can do on both facebook and myspace about adding random people is to delete them as a friend after they have accepted your request to join your house in SL (if that makes sense!).

Since I had 2, I was in the negative cash-wise and my level doesn't have any other jobs available, so I sold 1 of them and got over $2M :eek:

I sold my yacht, too. I preferred the money to buy some glamorous items & use the spa (& I don't have enough people in my house for the Yacht Benefit Party [or whatever it's called]).

Did they stop giving out the yacht? It doesn't come up in my little picture-slide-show thingy of items to win anymore. I used 2 brownie points and got the Party Pack! :mad: LOL

Can someone answer this for me? Some girl who's about 3 levels below keeps on slapping me. I want to attack her, but obviously they won't let me because doing so would make me a bully. Can people from levels below and above you keep on slapping you like that?

Slap back! The only reason she's slapping you is because she's a punk and that's the only way she can get points out of you. LOL

I swear some people take this game way too seriously! I had one girl slap me like 5 times for no damn reason.

I don't think you can "block" her slaps. But someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Yeah anyone can slap. So you can slap her back. She's probably slapping because she knows she'll probably lose if she attacks you, so slapping does nothing to her (except lose stamina) and just makes you lose confidence.

You really can't do anything to stop her, except maybe ask her to. I was once slapped over 20 times by the same girl within like 5 minutes, for no reason.

You can also create a new character (although you won't be able to switch back to your old character for 60 minutes).

who knows she (or he) mayb slapping you because you attacked someone n there house. i have ran into that problem a couple of times. some people take the game WAY to seriously. my bf was having problems with some guy last week who had almost his whole house either attacking or slapping her. b4 it was over me, her, & her sister ended up on the burn list. it was crazy!

ETA: except that the game just changed the number of friends you need to host the stage production. It was 4 friends, like ten minutes ago because I just hosted one. When I went back a minute ago it now requires 7. WHAT!? C'mon. I'm never going to keep up if the numbers keep increasing. So I need two more friends. Anyone want to add a super fun real life SigKap to your house?

If that is the one that you need the 3 hairstyles (i dont ever remember the names of each event) then it does change the # required. It goes in incriments of 3. It sucks when it goes above the number of people u have in your house :(


ETA: I love the burn list, you can lose the fight & still get the gratitude. I lost a burn list fight once, but still terminally depressed the girl & got over 1 million in gratitude!! lol

That's it exactly. It doesn't actually count fights, it counts depressions.

How do I make someone terminally depressed? Do I keep attacking them until they can't take it anymore? Everytime I try, they end up going to the spa. :(

I am 9 influence points away from level 20. How did you guys go up in levels so fast? It's taking me forever!

You basically have to have perfect timing- you need to attack them enough so that their Confidence hits 0. But that can really only happen if you attack them at the same time as another person, so they can't go to the Spa. It's really just a game of luck.

Well I joined a "sorority" on Myspace. But I know they have some for facebook. You go to the sorority life forum (just click the little ? box and then it'll bring up a link to the forum) and they'll have a section for facebook. They'll have any & all sorority house listed---it's usually in a topic called Facebook Sorority Houses or something like that---and they'll have instructions how to do it.

I know on Myspace, you go to the sorority's myspace page, sign a blog & done. I'll check how to do it on facebook & get back to ya.

Smile Awhile is right...it is about timing. If you get the timing correct then instead of TD'ing them, you'll just send the person to the spa.

It helps also when you have higher Charm cause that is what you use to attack (popularity is what you use to defend).
