hey guys, well- i got the call this morning- i did not match... so yeah, that's it- i'm still eligible for snap bidding and COB, but this is just really depressing... i talked to my rho chi this morning, and it turns out she was in the house i wanted (KD)... i really sad right now but i'll be okay- turns out my rho chi suicided 2 years in a rho and didn't get a bid, and then got KD through COB... well, i guess that's my update- i'll talk to you guys later

I am so sad for you and I want to give you the same advice I gave Sunny: do not give up. Rush is weird and you never know what happens behind the scenes. Please, please go register for COB! Quotas are expanded and house totals aren't reached...go for it! A lot of people on this board turned a negative rush experience into a pledge pin!

hey babe....if you need to talk or anything, please feel free to email or IM me. I know how hard this must be for you. I guess my best advice is to hang in there and don't get discouraged on the entire Greek scene....you're in my thoughts.

I'm sorry that you didn't match w/ KD. :( But do you happen to know how close they are to total? When I was helping my girls on Friday one of them mentioned that KD snaps till total every year. So there's still hope! And if for some reason it doesn't happen this semester, you never know how many girls they'll graduate in December. Keep trying.:)

And if you don't end up KD, give SK another chance. :D Sometimes girls just don't click during formal rush but during COB they realize it's a perfect match. ;) Who knows! I know that my girls wouldn't have invited you to Pref if they didn't think that you'd be happy there.
