I think it's that you're not reading the OP's posts before spouting off on what you think they should do. Either that, or you're ignoring what he posted.
Either way, that doesn't make for good advice.

Right. LadyTical, you said "I thought it was just that they didnt want to do anything," when in his first post, the OP said "these kids have worked hard."
