Just curious -- I can't tell from the chapter website -- has the chapter moved back into its original house, or was that building sold?

The original house was sold. The chapter is currently in the house that was the Phi Sigma Kappa house.

BAH!! I'm leaving for Pre-Installation reception and ceremony in about 20 minutes... I'm very nervous, but SO SO SO EXCITED! :) Can't wait for tomorrow!
