I buy the cheap multi-color pen packs that come in green, red, purple, and yellow....So then I have a nice choice of which to grade in! I prefer the green though!

It's bad enough that a lot of people I know live ridiculously far from work just so that their kids don't have to go to a DISD school.... it's not even about getting into a prestigious school district... it's more of an "Anything but DISD" kind of sentiment. Let's screw up the kids in this district some more by making the schools even more unattractive!

private school is looking better and better...

lets not mention the shock and awe of COLLEGE when these slacker teens get in a class with a professor who doesnt play that sh*t...

This whole thread is testament enough why I teach private!

*That is not meant to offend those who teach in the public schools. I have taught public, and have made the choice to currently teach in a private school.
