OK, your not big, but it is easy to advertise how you are varied and awesome. I'd find out unique things about all of your sisters, so that it makes it easier to pass on PNMs. Come up with a list of random odd questions to let you get to know each other better. Have a sister who is a French major? you may run into a PNM who is one-and they'll have things to talk about. Was one of your sisters a HS Cheerleader? Major that will benefit from doing Philanthropy work for your National Philanthropy. Daughter of a police officer? Boyfriend in the military? Has someone sky dived? Traveled to Europe? The easiest way to get to know PNMs is to find that common ground. The easiest way to pass in a small group is to know who you are working with. And make sure you let the PNMs know how diverse you are. If that is what you want to be, focus on how you are that.

How about instead of "shouting" about who are AREN'T, figure out who you ARE and simply "be"? I really think that you are in your heads too much about this whole thing. Meaning, you are thinking about it so much, that your worries and attitudes are becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Take a step back, and pretend that you are the only chapter on campus. Imagine recruiting as if this were true. NOW how do you think you would handle things?

Have a brainstorm meeting and try to flesh this out. You might be surprised in how your approach changes.
