Recruitment is definitely worth the experience not matter what the result. So go for it and have fun!
Why not go out on a limb - that is where the fruit is!

@ AOE: Just curious, but can you join both a professional and social sorority...? Haha. :) I'd probably end up with one or the other, but not both... I would like to be able to dedicate quality time to whatever I'm involved in. Thanks for the heads-up about the prof. sororities, though! :)

My sorority for example is both in one. I also wouldn't join two organizations: too much and you'll get spread too thin.

As we aren't an NPC sorority, my sorority is for women in science and engineering and I know "professionalism" is an additional pillar, another thing our group concentrates on. These types of sororities exist for nearly every major.... just something if you decide NPC isn't for you.

The main thing is to give it a shot, because you'll never know otherwise.

Good luck! let us know how it works out!

@ AOII: :) Thanks! Actually, I've been reading the "Weird Recruitment" stories thread, and I'm pretty confident that I'm not going to write "Eat Me" if we make shirts to give to children as a philantrophy event. And I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to go "LOL I'M TOTALLY FOR LIKE, ABC!" at XYZ's recruitment party. Haha. ;)

@ Gator: That's what everyone's been telling me thus far. :) I should try, and I will~!

@ AOE: Oh, definitely! I'm actually going to sign up for rush now! :P Hopefully I'll have a good story to add to the Recruitment Stories. ;)

I've decided to rush! Haha, what can I lose?

Thanks everyone! <3
