The last time I rented Wii games from BB, the sensor got stuck inside the Wii and my Wii was unable to work anymore. It wouldn't read any games that were inserted. I called up Nintendo and they said that it was damaged and I had to return it to them to fix it.

When I went back to BB to let them know & see if they could pay the maintanence fee, the Manager said no. He said the only way they could pay for it (after asking the area manager) was if I sent my Wii to their repairman---who was only experienced repairing VCRs. lol.

He says the store manager is just worried about it hitting his bottom line. The best course of action is to ask to speak to the district manager and then to the regional manager. If you make a big enough fuss, they will give you what you want.
