That's not really an insult. He's quite proud of his geekiness and embraces it. He's a very science/math/computer/engineering type kid. He is also quite blunt and might not do well in rush because he says what he thinks when he thinks it. He is usually quite humorous, but fraternity guys may not think so. It will depend on where he goes to school. He definitely marches to the beat of his own drummer. He's a very unique kid and I love him to pieces for it, but there are situations where it can cause him trouble, like fraternity rush! But, when the last episode of the Bachelor was coming on and he saw Shayne, he asked "Is she a dumb blonde type?" and I said "Yeah, she comes off that way" and he said "I would NEVER date a dumb girl" So, I can just see him at a fraternity party asking one of the brothers "Is that girl a dumb blonde?" and it turns out it's one of their girlfriends or something...lol. He's quick to point out that geeks rule the world and uses Bill Gates as his example! Maybe he'll learn some tact in the next 6 years... Lord knows I try to teach it to him!

So true, so true.

In terms of the m/f ratio, we female Tartans always said, "the odds are good, but the goods are odd."
