Maybe that's why the suicide rate at Ft. Bliss has hit a high this year, they can't drink anymore or go to mexico for massages. El Paso has only had 20 traffic fatalities this year, most from people on motorcycles who can't drive. Anyway, they can have someone just buy them booze its cheeper on base, thats where we used to get ours.

Yeah, it probably will to an extent. On a scale of law breakage, drinking and driving is much worse than underage consumption. A Soldier willing to put his life at risk and those around him by drinking and driving (trust me, there are classes on this and weekly briefings before every weekend) isn't going to give a shit if he gets an underage also. |
