They sure did. Some people on GC even made a big deal that she wasn't born in America.

I know; that was a reference to the incessant "OMG DID YOU KNOW THAT JENNA AND THE TWINZ ARE ALL THETAS?!" we got in 2000 and in 2004 on this here site. ;) Every thread remotely related to Kappa Alpha Theta or the Bush family recalled this fact.
