All we did was drink. The 7-11 across my campus had the highest volume beer sales of any 7-11 in the country.

They would sell out of beer and wine cooler thingies almost every night, even monday and tuesday.

I would consider Kent State to be a suburban school. It's a huge school, but the town is based on the university and there aren't a ton of people here in the summer.

I liked it because it wasn't in the middle of a major city, but it wasn't completely rural and closed off from the outside world. We are less than an hour away from Akron and Cleveland which are both major cities in northeastern OH. We have access to like 4 malls within a half hour and all of the "creature comforts" like Target, WalMart, and every fast food place you could think of either in town or 10 minutes away.
