Allona uses ASCII to recreate a previously banned screen name or an authentic user name. You can't do that with regular text. In fact, when you try to search his name through the member list, you can't find something that was in ASCII.
He has used this against me and other valid members on this board. He duplicates everything, including our signature, fonts and Public Profile. The only way to spot the difference is by looking at the Join Date and Number of Posts
If he registers under another name previously not banned (Sedrick, JollyGreenGiant, Greekopian005, KIJN12, TAPEWORM)) he does so with standard text and uses the same font (always in bold). He registers and uses it for only one day or two (look at Join Date). It's his sock-puppet trade mark.
