I would just like to throw out there that my GEORGE MASON PATRIOTS WON THE CAA CHAMPIONSHIP! I am so excited - let the dance begin!!! Could it be - we will make it into the tourney again this year? Will I have another SI cover to frame and hang up...??? Please God, let us be the Cinderella story again this year!

You know that UNC really shouldn't have won that game verse Virginia Tech. What made it worse for me to watch was the fawning over Tyler Hansborough. UGH!!! I think this year's tournament is really wide open to who will win it. All four of the number 1 seeds have been showing vulnerability late in the season. It is going to be a fun ride! |

I'm really relieved and happy for Coach Felton probably more than anything. But yay for the dawgs. |
I did my bracket! I don't like that I have all 1 and 2 seeds in my final 4. Its highly unusual for me...but I can't help it if the teams I like did well this year!

I am just so excited that the Drake Bulldogs made it to the NCAA!!! They have had an UNBELIEVABLY exciting year!!!
So much buzz in Des Moines! |

Go Tennessee!
Go Memphis! (But I picked Carolina to win it all!) |
Okay, UGA plays the Musketeers.
Hopefully only 3 of them will show up.;) |
I just went to enter my bracket and saw this article on the yahoo sports main page:
Study: Top schools in tournament aren’t tops in classroom North Carolina was the only school among the four No. 1 seeds in the NCAA men’s tournament to graduate at least 50 percent of its players. A report released Monday found 86 percent of Tar Heels men’s players earned diplomas during a six-year period. The other top seeds were far worse: 45 percent at Kansas and 40 percent at UCLA and Memphis. full article: http://sports.yahoo.com/ncaab/news;_...v=ap&type=lgns |
