ISU_XO- thank you for saying exactly what I was thinking. There isn't a need to say mean things, and sometimes people need to be reminded of what good values are. Thank you for reminding Chi_Omegachick2000 with tact.

pbear19- What univeristy do you go to? Did they have the Homecoming with Alpha Gamma Rho? I was just wondering because that is who we had our homecoming with last year? By the way, what service organization are you in....curiosity..thats all. I hope to keep hearing replies from everyone. Have a good sunny day..unlike here where it rains a BIT TOO MUCH!!!! Hee.

I go to Truman State University, which is in NE Missouri. We did Homecoming with Phi Lambda Chi and Sigma Alpha. There is an Alpha Gamma Rho house here, but they've gone from almost 20 actives when I was a freshman to only I think 4 now. They don't participate in Homecoming and other events much anymore. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/frown.gif

ISU-XO..
I want to thank you for that little "back up." I am glad that you and the others are wishing us the best of luck. XO girls here at LSU are extremely nice. and they are a HUGE sorority. I think it has the most amount of girls too. Anyways, thanks to all for the support, everyday I and all of the members, are taking it one step at a time to improve Sigma Alpha on every way. Best of Luck to every girl and guy in a frat or soror.

I need some help....I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of a good "annual" philanthropy that we could host, that no other sorority does. Does anyone have any ideas???

Hi from a former ag professor--how about choosing a philanthropy that's ag-related, like Second Harvest or maybe one of the international aid organizations that grows food for and feeds the poor?

BABELSUSA 02-10-2001 03:13 PM

I never thought of that..growing crops to feed. I will tell my fellow sisters that, thankyou for the suggestion!!!
