They didn't fire her. They simpy didn't extend her contract when it expired. :)

Awww, how sad. I SO loved Mischa on The OC.

I love the only thing she's really done is be on the OC. She hasn't been able to really extend that fame since she quit OC. She's tried to be in movies, but really hasn't gained any star power. I could see this being on purpose, to try to get some spotlight and media attention, since no one had cared about her anymore.

Things are starting to shape up for Hayden's meltdown. She recently admitted that she is dating 30 year old Milo Vetimeglia. Once he dumps her she will go for a bad boy rocker with a drug problem. After that she will spiral out of control.

I also want to add Hanna Montana to the list but she might be a few years away from a meltdown. Right now she is sitting pretty. As soon as her fans turn 13 and they realize her music sucks and Hanna Montana isn't a real person so they will dump her. Then she is going to make the transition into an adult "actress." That will last until she wakes up one day and gains 20lbs. The director is going to tell her she is overweight. She will then develop an eating disorder. At that point her nice guy boyfriend will dump her and she will also start dating a bad boy rocker. Like all the other actresses that date bad boy rockers she will spiral out of control.

When she ends up on a reality show with any of the following: Gary Coleman, Webster, Danny Bonaduchebag, Vanilla Ice or Eric Estrada her career will be officially over.

Found an article about this...although whoever wrote it should be fired, it's pretty poor ("umbreakable"?), along with Hayden's rep. What kind of rep says: "We do not respond to inquiries from the media regarding Ms. Panettiere's personal life."??? Hello? That's your JOB.
