Make a dress/smock out of green material. Pin ornaments all over yourself. (i did this for a halloween costume once)

The Male Date is going as a Christmas Tree. He is wearing green sweats and will be wrapped in garland and a string of christmas lights. Ornaments will be attached to his sweat suit. He will have an angel attached to his head while wearing a musical Christmas tie and will have gifts tied to his shoes. During the party--he will be bringing an extension cord so that he can plug himself in--periodically--Yikes.

The female will be a Christmas package. She found a Huge Christmas gift bag and cut out the bottom to slide herself in. Ribbons will be attached to the top of the bag and tied around her neck. She will have a HUGE RED bow attached to her head.

They found everything at the dollar store. Cost $15.00, memories- priceless.

If it were me in the tacky sweater and stirrup pants, I would also bring an awful looking fruit cake as my hostess gift.
