I met my current husband at work- actually it was at a company softball games, but it was work related. We had a non-fraternization policy, so my husband quit once we were fairly serious (I was making more than him at the time).
In fact, most of our couple-friends met at work. When you are out of school, it's the best place to meet people. |

I've worked here long enough that the mere concept of that makes me want to barf. I mean there are some nice looking guys here, but they're like my brothers at this point. If there's anything going on anymore, it's on the down low. We do have the one guy who seems to get shitfaced at every holiday party and make out with someone equally shitfaced - I would never touch him (even if I was attracted) because his wife scares me - she looks like Tonya Harding.
The only time this ever happened to me was in my much much much younger days, when I was working at a resort and the general vibe everywhere (for guests and workers) was partying 24/7. It was, well let's just say interesting, and I'm glad I did it there instead of at a more "professional" type job. |

Haha do we work for the same company? That's why I brought it up. We have a no fraternization policy but it seems to get broken pretty often. Not to mention the company/office encourages happy hours and going out together for "team bonding." |
