Another good option is write a private blog somewhere, leave it up a few days, re read it, edit, add to it, etc. Then delete it.

I'm also up at my school this weekend, and I have yet to see her, but things won't be good if I do because she's been starting things with other sisters. I'll do my best to stay away, be civil, ignore her... but no promises.
