I took the Texas Bar. It ended last Thursday and I am JUST now able to log on and check email, return phone calls, yada yada yada. My brain is still fried and I have been having trouble sleeping, STILL. For some reason the words Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress have been floating across my mind like a marquee for the past three months. But from what I have heard there have been many a bar taker who has tried to sue the Bar examiners and the state bars over the exam and alas, its still here!
Hurry up November. |
Hm, wonder how may bar examiners actually passed the bar the first time and could not make it as a Lawyer?
The best of luck! Why does it take so long? Nov? |

That feeling is going to last for a few more days. Use this time to try and relax. You'll get back to normal after this week. |

I took CT and MA in February and passed both. If everything works out I'll never have to take another bar exam. |

You generally get reciprocity after 5 years of practice provided that your state provides reciprocity to the state that you are moving to. Most states provides reciprocity, although certain exclusions apply such as California and Florida (and possibly New York, but since it wasn't an issue for me [ie not 5 yrs in yet], I didn't bother investigating fully)

I wouldn't mind examining a bar in every state. That sounds kind of fun.
