Probably not everyone's style, but could be cute:
http://www.signals.com/signals/Item_...22_ps_srm.html http://www.signals.com/signals/Item_...32_ps_srm.html I found a lot of both owl and Fleur-de-Lis stuff on Signals.com, just do a search! Happy Hunting!! :) |
Okay, there should be a warning - I was not prepared for the hilarity of the flaming chicken, and almost had coffee come out my nose.

I rather enjoy having a Phoenix for a symbol...it so much different than stars and crowns and pearls, and cutesy bugs, etc... |
Now, now - I too believe the phoenix is a beautiful and distinct symbol, with a long and distinguished history.
But that hand puppet is over the top! So just remember, the flaming chicken is the HAND PUPPET, not the symbol of your sisterhood. Although I do kinda like the pref night skit idea . . . |

No ladies, THIS is a Flaming Chicken!

At least I had warning this time!
Yes, truly, THAT is a flaming chicken.
|
Wow, that's a great flaming chicken! I'm putting that on the Sigma Phi Chi website!
|
Lol! no, no! That is a chicken blowing flames! :D
|
And suddenly, crescent moons seem so staid . . .

Another mascot item for my ASA sisters- Le SportSac has a spring/summer pattern with ladybugs all over it. I saw one of the weekend bags in Bloomingdale's this weekend.

Our chapter mascot was the ladybug, and we would have LOVED this.

Does anyone have any links to any cute kite stuff? Though I have to admit a Kite is not as cool as a flaming Chicken! :)
