Well, figuring recruitment on your campus and exactly how to do it will take a while. That is the main thing all new colonies struggle with, and its really hard to figure out how to do that properly on your campus. So, ya'll should be working on it, but dont get too stressed if it takes a while to get into the niche of recruitment.

My chapter has been going through these same exact, if not worse (in some cases) problems. I agree with all of the fellow brother alumni, everything they said has been what we have figured out and are in the process of doing. We are a younger chapter, (only chartered for a little over 10 yrs) so our alumni base is pretty non-existent. However with the leave of several guys, organizing people who think the same way, a developing exec over the years we are taking a very very hard but promising climb up. We recently lost our house to a new owner and will be forced out in May. So the issues have expanded further. But we are still hanging in there!
