Actually in a survey done at a medical school (it's been awhile since I wrote that paper) it found that men use more words per day than women. However, men use their words at work and school whereas women wait until the day unwinds and talk at home and with friends out and about. It also found that men interrupt people more often than women and are more likely to to use speculation rather than facts. But that is another topic!

This isnt exactly referring to Billys situation. But, I heard somewhere that Women use two times as many words in one day as men. Something like 6000 for women and 3000 for men. Just something I was thinking about one day at work. Hey Billy. Dont worry, the Ladies have a lot of good advice. Especially Zt Angel. Try to find her on mutual ground. I know your probably under 21 but if you were of age. Striking up a conversation while you both get a drink is probably a good one. Just let things happen. That girl might not apply because shes out of town but I would suggest getting to know the girl outside of the bar if your that interested. Like before or after class. Sometimes its hard to swallow but the girl just might not be interested even though you think she is.

awww billy, i should qualify my previious post-- it gets those of us who are READY every time. :) Some women may still be into the bad boy thing, I know it took me a long time to outgrow that. Um, if I have yet. lol

Mr Amycat got me w persistance and sweetness. He was calling me the next day, which I loved and I've never known a sweeter guy ever. I just can't get enough.

So hang in there, something will work out sooner or later! Its a cliche but it does all come down to timing.

There are only a couple of reasons why my sisters would walk over and pull somebody off of a guy:

1.) One of them (either the guy or the girl) has had too much to drink.

2.) The sister gave the signal for help (touching her index finger to her nose)

Let me assure you that in the situation you descrived oftentimes the man is the one being saved. I myself have pulled a girlfriend or two off boy they just met, saving them from the weeks of wondering "why didn't he call?" I had some lovely girlfriends in college who simply didn't not have enough maturity or self esteem to engage in any sort of romantic relationship. They would obsess and engage in some very desperate behavior whenever they had even the slightest connection to a boy. Sometimes opportunities lost are simply dangers averted.

Has anyone noticed that we just picked up this conversation like its the most natural thing even though it originally ended a year and a half ago? ;)

I called her and we are going to hang out sometime this week I guess. Need to call her back but still :)
