Does it make any difference what part of a State or Country it happens?

It is stupid as Hell!

I ask, is there any GLO that has not been called on the dirty caprpet fro being STUPID?

Small or large school will not make any difference.

If they screw up, do several things:

If it is just a few members, do not hold the whole Chapter by the heels.

If it is the whole Chapter either sanction or suspend them to a later date if they are lucky to come back!

Who do they hurt?

They hurt the Local Chapter and The National for a long time!

Take action ASAP and help the situation!

Wow is all I can say...I heard of stuff like this happening on my university (well not the eating garbage piece) ...definitely the physical abuse! Sad I must say.

This is the part that tickles me--the big Cities. But I guess it is all relative. But I hear ya about the crime rates. StL has historically had one of the highest crime rates in the US. That is why I got out of Dodge after college.

Also, when people do that kind of stuff it means that they are usually treating more than just their pledges that way.

I totally agree, that's a very good point. How Sisters treat new members reflects the organization as a whole and what they will have to do to future members after they become Sisters! Ah, that's so terrible.
