what happened to the puke smiley that used to be on here????

Ya know, I heard something similar to this a couple weeks ago. A man killed his ex, dismembered her, cooked her in the oven, then ate her. After, he jumped out of a window and killed himself, but the police found...um...leftovers, still on the stove.
