Looking back, it wasn't until my sophomore year that I noticed I had put on a few extra pounds... which was a good thing since I'm skinny and actually wanted to gain more weight. Anyways, my last two years, I was much busier and always running around, so I went back to my regular weight.
During my junior year, I took a step aerobics class which met twice a week to fulfill some miscellaneous credits. It was great because it actually forced me to get to the gym and I always had tons of energy afterwards. If you have room in your schedule, I would suggest taking some type of athletic class so you can get more in shape while getting credit for it.
