I'd say the Lakers are a good candidate for a 3rd title, particularly if they have that "diesel" running in full throttle, Kobe doing his thing and the role players filling their roles.

Especially in crunch time, where you cannot depend on the Daddy to make his throws. :cool: ;)

grrrr, first of all, not all the Knicks are ugly and what does that have to do with playing b-ball?? Charlie Ward is a cutie and so is Allen Houston. I admitt we might not be the prettiest of teams, but come on..... :-)
Second isnt it a little bit to early to be determing who is NBA champs. As weve seen with final fours and other sports finals, anything can happen. GO KNICKS!!! (im praying they at least go .500)

Alright! Glad to see some Lakers fans on this board! I was getting tired of the Bulls winning the crown all the time. Now it's L.A.'s turn! I definitely think Lakers can pull off a three-peat!
