If these girls are really in high school this is silly, I know that plenty of people in high school are confused about proper protocol in regards to a sorority and someone else in highschool thier age telling them its not right isn't probably who they are going to listen to, she has been warned and if the case be the people who need to know her will make it clear they already know. I almost hope this is a prank/troll becuase I would hate for someones my space page in highschool jack up something in college.

Thank you for seeing things my way, but I had some people telling me that she should be reported. I didn't want her not knowing messing up something in her future. The only thing I didn't understand was her not knowing that her doing that is a big no no. Her mom's a Zeta, so I would have at least guess that she would have asked her mom to see if I was lying or not

True. There are several high school girls that don't know. For every one that is just plain unaware, there are those that are fully aware of their actions. Some of them get downright C-R-U-N-K when you try to "gently" warn them. CountryGurl and I happened to roll across a young lady's page that was decked out in AKA symbols and all. She was even repping a chapter that Soror 2D just so happens to be a member of. CountryGurl asked the poor child to please remove the info, especially since she stated that she would be attending SU in the Fall. Y'all know that Beta Psi Sorors would have had a TOTALLY different approach had they seen it. The young girl got OFF THE CHAIN with CG. I alerted Soror 2D of the child's behavior. Needless to say, the problem was rectified.

I just hate to see poor girls this close to college having a problem like this preceding them. They should learn to take advise. But then again, this is the internet and some folks feel like their actions won't catch up with them.

LOL Thanks a lot. I feel sorry for the young one. She doesn't know the mind of some people who might seriously keep tabs on her and where she may attend college in the fall. She just doesn't know. And got her name on the page... :o

LiNiqueLi - It seems that you have a lot of people that you could talk to. I would say take it to her mom, but maybe she's not ready to tell her mom she wants to be an AKA. Is it that big of a secret for your friend? I hope she doesn't think so considering that she's put her desires on the World Wide Web for any and everybody to see.

You've tried to help your friend. You can continue to try to get her to see the light, but it might be akin to banging your head on a wall. If she won't listen, make sure you're still on the right road to joining one of our illustrious sisterhoods. BTW, you should show her this thread also....

LiNi-Tell Erica Joseph (aka Lil Erica) that AKA's love it when interests show us how they would look if they were members. I suggest that she sends a letter to the chapter that she is 100% certain that she will definitely become a member of when she graduates from Lake Charles Boston this year. Tell her to make sure she directs the sorors to this myspace page. It would not only give her future sorors an idea of how computer savy she is, but it will give them a preview of what a great soror she will surely someday be. Hope this helps :D
