copy the website (it has to have a .jpg or .mpeg ending on it)
when you go to "post reply," click the little icon that looks like a picture with mountains in it (right before the quote icon)
paste the website into that pop-up window
press ok
then post your message and voila! your picture. make sure the site allows you to do it (most will, like facebook, myspace, etc) or you'll be a pretty red X.

if you end up with the long link in your post instead of your pic, then you did something wrong. go edit that sucka!

carry on with the program family.
