If I understand your questions the answer is yes. There is nothing currently that states that a man cannot be initiated into Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. if he cannot vote. Voting is a major focus in our fraternity but the right to vote is not a mandatory requirement. I hope that answers your question.

If someone steals from you, life goes on. Plus it is easy to defend yourself from thieves. Ask them hotel people. Before I got saved, me and my girls tried to sneak a TV set from the Comfort Inn.
