If you will turn to the Career Development of your Chi Omega Membership Manual, it lists all the women that are "famous" and Chi Omegas. Heather Locklear is NOT listed but it is believed she pledged and dropped UCLA to become (go figure) an Actress.
It does not mention anything about Cybil, Shelly or Heather... but I know that some women of particular chapters have claimed them. Perhaps they can verify in their records and Nationals cannot because of pen-names or the actress declined recognition for whatever reason.
