I knew it, she had to be a Bajan!! We is some hard working people, LOL. Shoot, as a matter of fact I've lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks and am training for a 5K in October. I'm going to print this and save it for inspiration when I feel like giving up.

Wow. She's beautiful. She looks like she's 40 years old.

I think Angie Stone from CFC needs to talk to her...he he he. I mean she is 86 and Angie is what in her 40's and a hot mess as far as her physical self.

You can say that again, she's killing me by not even trying.

ETA: I went to the gym the same day I saw this so-called :P 86 year old. She's almost 3 times my age, and I gotta try to step my game up to her level. I hope to be healthy at her age because I know I do not want to be in a nursing home for any reason when I hit my golden years.

My dad & grandparents came from Philly to visit me this weekend and i was telling them about this woman...my dad dated her daughters and she lives around the corner from my grandmother. My grandmother confirmed that she is definitely fit and beautiful at her age. She said most people don't guess that she is over 60 years old and is a great grandmother.
