I'd second that. There's a weird middle ground for those of us 20-somethings in between school and family. We have more free time and fewer responsibilities. As long as it's not interfering with your life - I have to leave early and get home so I can meet my Everquest friends and kill some orcs and I'll be on til 5 and late to work!- I think it's ok.

Otherwise, some student might rat you out. some old-school profs are against the idea of students bring labtops to class because we surf during lectures (could it be because you are boring as to death for 3 hours straight?).
