Kappa Alpha Theta has District Leadership Conferences (DLCs) every year in the winter - the new exec board from each college chapter attends in her district (we have 9 districts) for general and job-specific leadership training. Also, in non-Convention years, we have Officers' Conference for the "Official Family" - district and international officers.
We've also tried Alumnae Roadshows in non-Convention years in the recent past for alumnae chapters. I'm not sure what the current plan is with those. |

We have Officer Academy (OA) or Regional Leadership Workshop (RLW) in off years.
Zeta Phi Beta has regional and state meetings every year. Except for the Southern region. As well as various leadership conferences.
Phi Sigma Kappa has General Convention every two years with Al Shonk Leadership School rolled into it. During the off years we hold just LS. Every winter there are regional conlaves held. Two years ago we had a President and Treasurer Conclave in Indy instead of the regional conclaves. But, we have since returned to the regional format.

Tri Sigma has Dunham Leadership Institute in the years that we don't have convention. There are also State Days in the off years.
Every odd year we had a national conclave, but we didn't last year. instead, it was a "Strategic Leadership Conference".
Alpha Delta Pi has VLS or Leadership Seminar on the years in between our biennial Convention.
AOII has Leadership Institute in Franklin, TN every even numbered year and International Convention every odd numbered year (next year Scottsdale!). LI is basically three days of workshops, networking, and very little sleep. Convention is more the business side of things (and we have Ritual at Convention and not LI).
Kappa Kappa Gamma has Province Meetings in the years between Conventions. They're kind of like a mini-Convention where there are business meetings, breakout groups and ritual but on a smaller, local level. It's a nice way to get to know the Fraternity volunteers and chapters just in your province.
