May she R.I.P. :(
My condolences are with her family, sorority sisters, friends, and acquaintances. |
when i was watching Nancy Grace last night they showed her composite pic and some things that were from semi-formals or formals as well as her in a orange "Kappa" sweatshirt. They also spoke to a young lady who said she met her at parties. She wasn't very well spoken and it was a weird interview.
Then they visited Natalie Holloway's house and showed her dresses that she and her mom had bought for rush. They are still hanging behind her bedroom door. It was really sad. They showed her scholarship certificates and her calendar as well with all the events she planned on doing that year up until August. |
My condolonces go out to all those who ever knew or came in contact with Tiffany.

Just announced that "A Subject of Interest" was being looked at!
In the old days before PC He was a Suspect! |
What a classy, loving thing to say...
I truly don't know that I could have so much composure if this were my child.
From The State.com Bren Souers said her daughter immersed herself in public service because “she got so much from giving ... and had so much more to give.” “I know she is totally at peace and fine where she is,” she told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “But we needed her longer. The only way I can cope is knowing that God must have had a huge project up there and that he needed someone to run it.” |
There was a murder of a senior at my high school the year that I started. Normally theres not too much serious crime in my area and it really shook everyone in the entire town up.
My heart goes out to her family, fellow sorority members and friends. What a tragic waste of a promising young life.... and I hope that they catch whoever did it. :( |
Police looking for suspect
Through DNA evidence, police have been able to link Jerry Imman to Tiffany's murder. If anyone sees him, please call the authorites.

I just saw the TV news report about this. He looks older than 35 to me. I'm glad he was identified and hope he will be caught soon.

My heart and sympathy goes out to the her loved ones.

He was arrested late last night in Jefferson County, TN. He was about a mile from his parents' home in Dandridge, TN. He was wanted for rape, kidnapping, and murder. The kidnapping charge came about because Tiffany's wrists and neck were bound.
Kudos to all the law enforcement people involved in his swift capture! |
I'm not one for capital punishment, and in a lot of cases I abhor it, though in this particular case, if the prosecution went for it I'd have no complaints at all. That guy is just creepy, and considering hes already offended before this and supposedly rehabilitated, theres no reason at all as to why he wouldn't offend again if he got out.
Either life imprisonment or death row is what that guy deserves. You can't just do what that guy supposedly did and get away with it. *shudders* Anyway, thats for a jury and judge to decide. |
I'm also glad that they found him. Hopefully they will be able to obtain more evidence and give some kind of closure for Tiffany's family.
He's also wanted for some crimes in Alabama. |
Has there been any further news in the case?
|
Allegely he confessed in killing Tiffany, as well as some rapes in Alabama and Tennessee. He said he spotter her out and decided that she was the one he wanted to kill.:(
If you are able to access a People Magazine in Austraila, they will have her story in this week's edition (with Bradlina and child). |
So glad you mentioned the article. I had an appt. with my dentist and was able to read it. It did mention in a quote that she was a Kappa, but it said she was Kappa (I can't remember if her dad or a friend was talking about her). I kind of like that--it implies that she was the embodiment of our ideals.
I'm still unclear as to how he got in with no signs of forcible entry. She got home around 11:30, text messaged someone a little after midnight, and was dead around 1:30, if I remember the article correctly. In a small town like Central, I wonder if she would have just opened her door at that time of night. |
