yeah well, I work at a hospital sometimes, and so I went to occupational health today. They were scaring the shit out of me saying I might have something called ALS and what nonsense. Last time I go see a doctor again. Who needs them anyways.

And yes, I do workout alot so that could be it.

Xanax, don't crazy people take that or something? I know I'm crazy, but I'm not coocoo for cocopuffs.

xanax is for anxiety.

Normally it only happens for a short while after you work out, so if you are twitching several hours later or the next day it may be something else.

My leg sometimes will violently twitch when I am laying down trying to go to sleep.

That might be restless leg syndrome. That sounds quite annoying.

It's called a hypnic jerk and it's very common. If you wanna know more: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypnic_jerk

My left eye does it a lot (just randomly) but my right ring finger twitches whenever my index and middle finger touch. But if all my fingers are held apart, they're all still.

I've heard several times that magnesium can help, it never helps me though.

Sometimes when I am half asleep, or almost on my way to being asleep, my entire body will jolt. Then I wake up :(

Remember when you woke up after shaking because you were coming off heroin and there was a dead prostitute named Henry laying next to you?

Henry was my boy, why'd you have to kill my boy? :(

See the reply for PiKA. I hear that potassium is for muscle cramps not twitches. Does it work for both?
