Update
DU will recolonize at Syracuse in the fall of 2007. Chapter was originally formed in 1873. Famous alumni include Stephen Crane, who wrote The Red Badge of Courage, and Jim Boheim the present Syracuse basketball coach.

Tri Sigma has been invited to colonize at UWisconsin-Parkside. As far as I know, they'll be the only NPC (the campus website only lists a few NPHCs and 2 Latina sororities).

Any news about Clayton State University in Georgia? I know it was open for NPC expansion this fall. I was just wondering if any groups presented and/or decided to colonize.

Interesting..with the exception of Sigma Pi, all the GLOs at Clayton are members of the NPHC. Were they looking to add one NPC or more?

I'm not sure which thread I saw it in, but last night I was reading a thread about which campuses were open for expansion this past academic year. Clayton State was listed as open "ground up." I was just interested in their progress because I live/work so close to the campus and know several alumnae of Clayton State. I also checked the Greek Life section of the school website and couldn't find any updates (but sometimes the Greek Life websites are updated, so I wasn't sure!)
