Disagree with others, so what else is new;)

1. Cross and Cresent Electonic is saving Us a lot of money. Getting Used to it.

2. Rish Management goes with out saying much more. The Rules are in place and should be followed or delt with harhly.

3. Impact, I am out of the real loop on that unless it can be shown to all members.

4. Get Codes and Staturay in language that is understandable. If a Lawyer has a hard time think of Us poor dumbys and Newbies. (Who Actually reads it anyway?)
Granted Rules need to be in place, but use the KISS Principle.
Change.

1. ELC program.
We have the finest set up up any Greek Organization, most are Volunteers only. Adding more would be a drain of finances. Sorry should have not put this here!

2. Member Education . Goes along with R M Education and Thou Shant due under penality of Expulsion.

3. One of My Main Gripes is Change The High Rho to a much more important Officership. It is important for IHQ To realize this as Who is one of the two most important factions of LXA. Actives and Alums!! Alums who are kept involved will do more in many ways!

How, are Alums envolved? Donatiosn to Zetas, IHQ in Monetary $$s and time spent with The Zetas as Alum Advisory Board, House Corporations, and Alum Associations.

We are not just Old LXAs, We are the life Blood Of LXA!

LX Z and Gamma Zeta, THe two that come to mind!

Alum Support is direly needed and can do so much for The Locals that The IHQ cannot, but with Us, The IHQ can expand and Re-Charter with aid from a smaller leaner IHQ!

There is no Need to rent other space out now that space is picked up in The current HQ.

We have land around IHQ. Keep The Land to expand.

Will Rogers once said,"Buy Land, They dont make it anymore"

One thing is the Mentoring program that can help Actives and Alums keep envolved.

I have contacted Actives over the years but never get any response.:(

One way for You to maybe get Alums re envolved is have a BBQ/Cook out and invite them over. Have an open house if you have one to go with it.

How about tailgating at foot ball games if You have a team.

If one looks at the donations by Alums, there needs to be a greater emphasis placed on Alums.

The start is at IHQ, and I still beleive The High Rho should have a stronger emphasis at the Zeta level to keep Alums updated and informed to keep interest.
