I am amazed that the specificity (sp?) of the rules. And, I also wonder if she ever attempted a set of "rules for him." I know if I was in that situation I would spend some time on RULES FOR HIM as a "counter-offer." (and leave it on the pillow on my way out of the door)

I can't help but think that she was a child bride, especially when you consider that this was written AFTER children were involved. At least, I hope so. I hate to think that any woman would submit to even a minute of that nonsense.

anyway, theres a scene where the wife makes her (ex)husband strip down in front of all her friends while they point, laugh, ogle, hoot and holler.

pretty much to make him feel just a little bit what its like to be objectified as a woman. i'd want him to have to experience some of these "rules."
