I guess that's true. In Toronto, most Asians are immigrants or first generation, so even though Asian Heritage Month is listed in city community events, no one really celebrates it. People would rather celebrate festivals from the "old country," such as the Dragon Boat Festival.

History is History, it shouldn't be segregated. Thats actually an insult. This country still has a lot of work to do when they still segregated AMERICAN history. It really shows how racist it still is.

Black History Month. I've never heard of (nor do I want to) "cultural diversity" month. That's some bull. And don't let me start on my rant about Black History Month.
