I don't see an accusation in the original post. I see him talking about a report and its potential effect.

I don't see Teddy even allege that anyone or any group either came to the students house or the library. He was commenting on what would happen if it were true.

Hmmm John Kerry allegedly sold out his fellow Americans and was a traitor. The effects of this would be rather dire if he were elected President.
