I have been on Facebook for a hot minute now....I guess I should let it go...especially since I am no longer in school, BUT ..it is just so darn addictive. I keep meeting up with people I haven't talked to since Elementary School. :eek:

I'm on facebook too...it's part of the reason i'm never on here( and the fact that I have way too much going on ....Bennett just got it in September, so it's still a novelty to the Belles! PM me and I'll add you to my friends list! I'm still pondering why the heck it's so addictive!

I just started a group on facebook called 'GreekChat addicts now addicted to facebook'. Search for the group and Request to join. I will be adding more to the page later.

I'm mad ya'll are laughin at me :p but it's true! Even the description of the group is funny:

What groups are you guys in?

N4L, I am not given the option to join. That's the only thing that I hate about Facebook. We can't join groups and stuff that are not based at your school. Is there any way around it? Can you send out invitations?

I tried sending out invitations to my friends that are on GC but when I do a search you guys don't come up because you are not at my school. I'm still learning how to use a lot of the features on facebook so if anyone can help let me know.

I'm a bigtime facebook groupie...PM me for the info...

Yeah you can't make groups for people outside your school to join. They ought to to that.

Facebook is pretty cut-and-dried...you can see profiles of people who attend your school (unless they fixed it so only their friends can), people who are your friends, or if your Geography is the same (I can see profiles of people who may have gone to another school but indicated Atlanta as their Geo).

They also have the photo thing now...so if you tag somebody on pics you can add them as your friends.

Poking...that's a feature on there that doesn't have a purpose...I get random dudes poking me :rolleyes:

okay forgive my ignorance but WHAT IS A FACE BOOK? I know in law school it was a book that was distributed to first years that had the pictures of all the first years in it. Clearly that is not what you all are talking about. . . . .HELP!!! :eek: :confused:

I'm on the "Face" but not addicted though. Chocolate and GC are my addictions.:D

Dang I wish that we could make a GC group on Facebook. I didn't know that you couldn't make groups for people outside of your school.
