There's nothing I would change; each bad decision I've made has ended up working for the best.

Hmmm...let's see...

-I'd have chosen English for my second concentration right away, instead of sticking with French, even though I hated all my French classes, because I thought English was too close to journalism and I needed something different.

-I'd have taken my classes much more seriously the first time around at IU.

-I'd have pledged APO earlier in my college career.

I really agree with this, and I don't believe in having regrets.... But for the fun of the game:

*I would have done things differently with a certain ex-boyfriend.

*I would have waited until the bar closed and the 21-yr-old asked me to go home with him before I told him never to call me again. I think I played that card too early. :p

Most of the things that I regret doing have actually made me a better person in the long run.

I wish that I had taken more liberal arts classes during college. I used to keep telling myself that I should have been an art major or a film major or an English major or a journalism major. I don't think I would have liked any of them or stuck with any of them or been good at any of them, but I think it would have been good for me to have taken some classes and explore something else. Then I would've realized that I wasn't really missing out on anything and that I that I'm more of a science-type person. I think I would have regained the focus and enthusiasm about my major that I had lost. I think I spent so much of my time and energy hating my major because I felt like my parents had pressured me into that major. I think if I didn't have all that anger and resentment, I would have actually enjoyed my classes and I would have worked harder and studied more and gotten better grades. I also wished that I had done some internships and co-ops, because it is a very competitive field and so many of my peers already have had experience in the field.

1. HIGH SCHOOL! I wish I could just go back and re-do everything! I would have taken it much more seriously!

2. I would have accepted my scholarship to Ohio University instead of going to Rio. Oh why why why why why did I go to Rio?

*I'd have been a little more outgoing in HS and maybe focused a little less on academics. I was so obsessed with having the PERFECT GPA for college apps that I missed alot of the fun.

-My 19th year. I'll hold the other two do-overs for later!

See, I'd like to say that I would've paid a lot more attention in high school. But then I would've gotten higher grades and probably gotten a scholarship to a different university; then I never would've met my husband or had these wonderful kids. So like KSigkid said, it has all worked out for the best! :D

1) I would have not gone to university right after highschool. Looking back, it was the biggest mistake of my life. I should have taken my father's advice and worked for a bit and did some travelling. I would have gone to school at an older age and would have known what I was doing.

2) I wouldn't have dated Jay or the other Jay.

3) take my diabetes more seriously from the start.

Although, I'm like S & S, these are things that made me who I am today and because of these things some really great things have happened. I don't know if I actually would do anything over again. Except #3.

1. I would have skipped fewer classes and studied harder in college. Granted, I did okay but I know I could have done better.

2. I would have walked myself home right after the party that night.

3. I would have put more energy into finding another job after I figured out this one wasn't going to get me anywhere. Four years later, I'm still here.

1. never started smoking... I shouldn't have let Cheryl get to me like that, especially over a stupid guy...

2. paid more attention to my grades in high school

3. I wished i got my tonsils out earlier... then i wouldn't have spent 22 years of my life being exhausted and sick all the time

4. NEVER have gotten a credit card... or any of the 8 that are cut up and sitting in my desk...

5. gone to say goodbye to my grandpa.....
